Individual Therapy for Children, Teens, and Young Adults
I provide a limited number of individual therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and young adults who are facing emotional, behavioral, or life challenges. Sessions are typically an hour once a week, but frequency and duration can be adjusted based on you or your child’s specific needs.
Therapy is available in-person at my office in Port St. Lucie, or virtually across Florida through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
What to Expect
My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you or your child can explore emotions, build insight, and develop practical strategies to navigate life more confidently. Together, we’ll work on:
- Understanding thoughts, feelings, and behavioral patterns
- Developing healthy coping strategies
- Strengthening communication and relationships
- Improving emotional regulation and resilience
- Working through the challenges that may be interfering with daily life
I support young adults navigating college, independence, or early career stress. Whether facing anxiety, burnout, or relationship changes, therapy offers a space to reset and refocus. Flexible sessions are available year-round, including during school breaks and holidays—ideal for students seeking short-term support.
