Services
My services are designed to support not only children and teens, but also the caring adults who work with and support them every day.
Individual Therapy for Kids, Teens, and Young Adults
I offer a limited number of individual therapy sessions for those looking for a supportive space to explore challenges and build confidence. We’ll focus on managing emotions, reducing stress, and strengthening relationships using practical, evidence-based strategies - all tailored to each client’s pace and needs.
Learn MoreSkills-Based Workshops for Kids and Teens
These workshops help children and teens build emotional awareness, improve social skills, and develop healthy coping strategies - all in a fun, age-appropriate group setting. Great for schools, after-school programs, or community groups.
Learn MoreParent Support & Consultation
Parenting a struggling child or teen can feel overwhelming. These one-on-one consultations offer tools, strategies, and emotional support to help you understand your child’s needs and respond with confidence at home.
Learn MoreTrainings for Educators, Youth Providers & Parents
I partner with schools, after-school programs, community organizations, and families to offer trainings on youth mental health, emotional regulation, behavior support, and more. These interactive, solution-focused sessions are designed to equip educators, youth providers, and parents with practical tools and insights to better support the young people in their care - at school, in programs, and at home. Now offering Youth Mental Health First Aid certification for staff, community groups, and caregivers.
Learn MoreClinical Supervision for Registered Mental Health Counseling Interns
As a Qualified Supervisor in the state of Florida, I provide weekly in-person supervision at my office in Port St. Lucie for Registered Mental Health Counseling interns located on the Treasure Coast, and across Palm Beach County. My supervision style is supportive yet structured - offering space for reflection, skill-building, and honest discussion. Interns receive consistent feedback, clinical guidance, and the mentorship they need to grow with confidence and prepare for licensure.
Learn MoreInsurance
I will provide you with my booking link to Grow Therapy where they will verify your insurance coverage and schedule your intake appointment with me. Grow Therapy will also take care of billing your insurance after therapy services are rendered.
If you have insurance but choose to opt-out and be self-pay prior to initiating services with me, I will provide you with the necessary opt-out of insurance form to reflect that.
If I am out-of-network with your insurance I would be happy to provide you with a superbill for possible reimbursement.
Appointments
If you cannot keep your scheduled therapy appointment or it needs to be changed, please contact me at least 48 hours in advance, weekends included. Since your appointment time has been reserved for you, you will be charged the full self-pay session fee of $110 for any missed appointments, or appointments not rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. This will be your responsibility since your insurance company is not responsible for paying for any missed appointments. Exceptions may be made in the case of extenuating circumstances.
For new clients: All intake appointment paperwork is required to be completed at least 2 days prior to the date of your intake appointment. Failure to complete the paperwork within this timeframe will result in cancellation of your appointment.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your therapy appointment you will be charged the full self-pay session fee of $110.
Emergencies
My office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, by appointment only. If you need to contact me for any reason, please call 772-237-1501, leave a voicemail, and a return call will be made within 24 hours. In case of an emergency, you can contact the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988, via call or text. If either you or someone else is in danger of being harmed, dial 911.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of your appointment and can be made by cash or credit card.
All additional services—including phone calls over 15 minutes, email correspondence, letter writing, form completion, collaboration with other professionals (with your written consent), and communication with insurance providers—are billed in 15-minute increments at one-quarter of the standard in-office rate (based on an hourly rate of $110).
Brief calls under 15 minutes related to scheduling or general questions will not be billed.
If you have any questions about fees or services, I’m happy to discuss them with you.
